bmptoppm doesn't work:
$ bmptoppm a.bmp > a.ppm
bmptoppm: Windows BMP, 1842x1374x24
bmptoppm: Zero byte allocation


Please bugzilla and if you can attach an example image showing the bug
that would be ideal
