I'm sorry, I was writing this mail too fast, it's solved now :-)
I've found the 2 correct packages on:
http://fedora.linux.duke.edu/fedorax86_64/fedora.us/2/x86_64/RPMS.stable/
rdiff-backup-0.12.6-0.fdr.1.1.90.x86_64.rpm
librsync-0.9.6-0.fdr.5.2.x86_64.rpm
After installing those 2 packages, everything works fine.
