I was able to install FC4t1 on VMwareWorkstation-4.5.2-8848. My vmware 
setup was previously tweaked to work with FC3. You can get the needed 
file here (I'm using update88):

For FC4t1, I had to use a virtual IDE drive instead of SCSI. With SCSI 
drives it would hang at various places while installing the RPMs.
