Grah, looks like Epoch Man strikes again.  The wireless-tools package 
has an Epoch of 1.  So, wireless-tools-1:28-0.pre4 is newer than 
wireless-tools-28-0.pre9.  (Or so I think).  I'll build a new RPM with 
that fixed.
