Mono apps hanging definitely seems to be related especially if it a
locking/thread issue. Both mono and java use threads for the garbage
collector. An strace shows tomboy stopping in a futex call.
I added a bug, https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=179304,
for the mono apps problem.
