Dovecot is the default in Fedora Core. Cyrus-imapd is provided as a 
alternative in Fedora Extras

Seems like it hasnt been in sync with rawhide. You can file a bug report 
in http://bugzilla.redhat.com version:fedora-devel, extras, cryrus-imapd
