xinetd not found

I used DVD install of fc8t1 from
http://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/releases/test/7.90/Fedora/ppc/iso/F-7.90-ppc-DVD.iso

Actually I am fc distro tester from IBM. I do test stress, n/w stress,
ltp, samba ,nfs etc.. on community distributions. I picks up all
development releases , installs over IBM Hardware (especially power). I
need to start all n/w services. I couldn't find xinetd, rsh-server,
compat-libs, etc.., for my tests..
