Moving from Groups to Trove

That's because the Groups tree is rather half-assed to begin with.  I
think it ought to be scrapped and replaced with Trove specifiers, and
I'd think that even if I hadn't designed the original Trove.

Freshmeat and SourceForge have both used Trove and found it effective.
And there are obvious examples to having just one classification system.
