PHP have --zend-multibyte option. This is the option which strengthens internationalization of zend engine.
If this is used, a script can be written by character code SHIFT_JIS.
If SHIFT_JIS can be used, creation of mobile contents will become easy.

#It must be unnecessary in fact. However, the demand in Japan is high.
