OOo is actually _not_ GPL, but dual licensed LGPL + SISSL. To
contribute to OOo, you need to file a JCA (Joint Copyright Agreement)
with Openoffice.org, in which you agree to give openoffice.org the right
to redistribute your work (it is NOT an exclusive license, you retain
full right to your work as well.)
