Well, for the first couple of dozen apps anyway. :-)

I didn't actually notice Firefox didn't support ^Q for a while, because
I typically leave a few xterms and a browser running all the time.  I
noticed the missing ^Q short-cut with gpdf and ggv first.  ISTR others,
but I don't remember the names off the top of my head.
