Who runs a password-protected bootloader? You steal my laptop and you've
got access to all my data anyway.

Besides, about the only time my laptop and phone are ever in the bag
together are when they're on an airplane, and if you manage to steal
them then you're _still_ fairly unlikely to try booting the laptop while
the phone is turned on, so you don't gain much.
