Looks like there's something wrong with the latest push of F7 updates, for
example:

This update or others announced yesterday (checked rpm, rpmdevtools) have not
made it to the download.fedora.redhat.com F7 updates repo, which I suppose is
the reason for this particular borked dep report for kmod-em8300.
