Errors while building Straw

I and Subhodip (CC'ed) were trying to package Straw with the above
.spec file, but 'rpmbuild -ba straw.spec' gives the following error:

The .spec file is still a work in progress, but we can not figure out
how to fix this issue.

Any help will be appreciated.
