gnash mock build and buildsys build differents?

Hello,

I have a puzzling bug report for gnash:

Seems that the gnash built by the buildsystem isn't the same than a
gnash build locally using mock?? The one built locally doesn't crash.

Do you have any idea what could cause this strange difference? What
can I do to debug further?
