Or rename it, since Alex already acknowledged the translations may be
incomplete, or the locale wrong at first boot.

Seems except for first-class locales, most people will end up undoing this
auto-stuff. Will this really help them ?

On the same subject here http://denbeste.nu/Chizumatic/ is what actual
non-tech windows users think about silently using pre-created directories
(search for Wonderduck). And this was an english dir, not a localized one
(localizations change over time)
