AMD 32 only mobile ones I think.
All (?) mobile Pentium-4s and newer from Intel.
Almost all desktop P4s -> P4-clockmod, though the old ones (32-bit
only?) have silicon errors and can't be clocked below 2 GHz (or
something like that).
IOW only some non-mainstream and older hw (Athlons XP, Pentium III)
can't do cpuspeed.
