Fedora Core 6 EOL, new branch restrictions

Fedora Core 6 will EOL on Friday, December 7. After this time, no more updates
will be accepted.

Note that after the release of Fedora 8 (scheduled for Thursday, November 8), new
Fedora 6 branches will no longer be created for packages.
