There is also a Eclipse Specfile Editor that use rpmdevtools to write 
specfile template using a wizard. The package should be available soon 
in rawhide. If you wan make a try now you can build the plugin from the 
fedora-cvs repo. The package name is eclipse-rpm-editor.
