Does your X Windows start up when running 2.6?  Seems I can't go to
gnome or kde once I try to boot up with 2.6 test9 and test10 kernels,
although the GDM starts up.

And I sometimes see security something or another when trying to login
via console  and it won't allow it.  Something about SELinux but I don't
use that.
