Try smart, http://smartpm.org.  It is in beta but I have found it
invaluable in sorting out dependency issues caused by 3rd-party
repositories.  The program is very good at performing
upgrades/downgrades.  You just select a package that has been
downgraded by an installed .at package and smart will mark for removal
the .at package and install the downgrade.
