Or, better yet, configure your dep-solver to use a good mirror and you won't have those problems.

At this point I wouldn't consider distro.ibiblio.org a "good" mirror for FC1 because it doesn't have a FC1 directory with the original RPMs.  That would explain the OP's "404" error.
