Take a peek at /etc/ssh/ssh_config and make sure you see the line not
hashed out:
ForwardX11 yes

And lastly, i am not familiar with SELinux, but it strikes me that there
may be a policy not allowing you to forward X or any applications if you
have SELinux enabled.
