Using MySQL 4.1 FC2 newbie

I've successfully installed MySQL and the MySQL Administrator GUI app.

I don't see how to create a database using the Admin. GUI?  I seem to
only be able to bring up the defalt db.   Is there a way, or do I need
the command line tools.  I could not find any of these on my system? 
are they not installed with the MySQL RPM's ?

If not where can I get them?
