Hmm. I hadn't noticed because I did an FC2->FC3 upgrade.  But you're
right that gqview is not on core 3.

You could always download and compile it yourself, from
http://gqview.sourceforge.net/

I suspect that FC3 replaced it with a different program.  Will have to
go searching through the package list.
