Impossible unless you install, in some non-standard place, a very old
glibc version and then start the application via the dynamic linker.
I.e., instead of

prog arg

use

/alternative/dir/ld.so --library-path /alternative/dir /path/to/prog arg

That program is incorrectly using an internal symbol which does not
exist anymore.
