First off, I did the downloading and burning on a WinXP box.
I just browsed the CD and it shows only the one ISO file. Thanks

When you mount the CD does it have a list of files on it?  Or does it
just have the ISO file?  In Nero you need to specify 'Burn CD from
image' to burn a correct CD.
