Yum did not restart bind-chroot.i386 22:9.2.5rc1-1 after update

Bind-chroot did not restart/start after the yum update, therefore named
was down for a few hours Sat. morning.  Solution for now, is to no
longer trust nightly yum updates to restart services properly.  I don't
see this problem reported yet, so maybe it was a fluke with my system.
