in that same vain, what about if you share the same home directory and
would dual boot between RH9 (using gnome 2.4) and FC3 (using gnome 2.6).
Usually 2.4->2.6 the "dot-files" re-config themselves, but if you go
back to RH9 "for a day", is one badly screwed?
