It's the ServeRaid card. But it's an old x340, not sure which generation.

thanks. I'm downloading fc3 now, once I've cut the CD's I'll give it a go.
If this doesn't work it looks like I'll be trying to dig out an old Compaq DL380
to replace this server, which will be a pity.
