Hi there Thomas,
You've just hijacked this thread by replying to it with a different
subject. The idea of threads is that they keep on one subject/
discussion / conversation.
Please try again by sending to the list rather than just clicking on
reply. That will give you the chance to start your own thread and give
you the best chance of having your question answered.
