Yum had a problem accessing the repo that you configured for "base".
(Perhaps the repo was busy or down.) Yum, then, tried to use an
alternate repo; however, there were no other mirrors defined in
/etc/yum.conf or in /etc/yum.repos.d. The solution is to enable
alternate mirrors for "base" in yum.conf or
/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo.
