The current ATI driver has sevreal problem with FC4 / Kernel 2.6.12. The
livna packages contain a unofficial patch to make them work, but the
current version has some problems with Chipsets like yours. Try the
updated versions from:

http://www.leemhuis.info/files/fedorarpms/REPO.lvn/ati.fc4/
