please make sure you have all the related dependencies :)

yum install anaconda busybox-anaconda syslinux mkisofs zisofs-tools
squashfs-tools e2fsprogs

yum install kudzu-devel intltool glib2-devel autoconf automake

Here it sounds like you are missing kudsu-devel
However, Kadischi's wiki contents are subjected to change today, due
to some changes made in Kadischi's CVS version.

Ill keep you inform about it.
