Yes.

I've unfortunately seen this happen quite a few times with (lib)parted over 
the years :(

What seems to happen is a new version of libparted has been pushed out but 
qtparted, gparted  and pyparted have not been updated. Maybe the package 
maintainers need to talk to each other more :)

For the moment, either remove qtparted, gparted  and pyparted, update your 
system and wait for updates to these packages to appear, or block the 
libparted update until things are fixed.
