createrepo /mnt/allrpmupdates/
then add a repo entry to point to this directory and
enable it. (file:///mnt/allrpmupdates/) and they
should show up automatically when you run
yum/pup/yumex/kyum
note: you will have to run the createrepo command when
you add/delete files to update the metadata.
