need help with running eclipse on VMWARE Fedora-4

I have installed Vmware on Windows XP, and on that I have installed Fedora-4 as the guest OS.

 

Everything is working fine, except for Eclipse. When I run eclipse my machine freezes. I then have to shut it down from Vmware.

 

How can I run my eclipse successfully?
