Missing file 'utf8' ???

I have a problem with the FC3 server . After log in the server as root  there was an echo on the screen ie:

KDSKBENT: in valid argument

fail to bind key 255 to vaule 2047

utf8: no such file or directory

 

and when I use the text mode , there was some abnormal character (ex. line , stroke) but the system appear to be normal. Could I correct this problem without reinstalling the server?
