Problem with nm-applet

After trying for a while I connected using nm-applet.
However I get these errors when it starts:
(nm-applet:3155): libglade-WARNING **: unknown property `urgency_hint'
for class `GtkDialog'

(nm-applet:3155): libglade-WARNING **: unknown property `urgency_hint'
for class `GtkDialog'

Does anyone know what these errors mean?
