That is not what happpened on my
machine. /etc/yum/pluginconf.d/installonlyn.conf is still ther
but /etc/yum.conf has an added line #installonly_limit = 8
I had tokeep=8.
So it is not clear that both lines do not work in yum-3.2.2-1.fc7
