You might try to install gnome-sharp and then try the upgrade afterward. 
If that does not work, you might try to uninstall f-spot and reinstall 
it. There might be a change in references from one version to the next.

 yum provides "mono(gtkhtml-sharp)"

gnome-sharp.i386                         2.16.0-1.fc6           fedora
