To install swfdec you need to enable livna repository:
http://fedoraguide.info/index.php/Fedora8#Livna

then do this:

yum remove flash-plugin
yum install swfdec-mozilla gstreamer-ffmpeg -y

I found these two bugs emmediatly:

and this stream doesn't work :(
