F9: Telinit 5 and make it stick

Hi
Right now I can start in level  3.
I can start level 5 manually.

How do I start it automatically?

I could do it with inittab, but it seems that now inittab does not do it.

Where in RCS or any of those do I tell F9 to start X ?
