[rhn-users] Package List Refresh scheduled question

I've got a Package List Refresh scheduled showing on the pending events page
on rhn but don't know where to go from there.  How do I take a scheduled
event and make it happen?

Can't find a link to start the update, there is a cancel button but not an
update button.
