That's how unpaid email list help works. Bitterness and recriminations
don't work. Try rephrasing your question, gathering more information
and reading more docs. Most questions get answered but not all. Don't
take it personally, Dude.
I opened up google, searched on "error up2date template" and picked up
this URL for what sounds like the same problem from a year ago:
