[rhn-users] How to entitle new software

I am a new user to this list, so please forgive me a little bit.

I do not visit the rhn site often and get lost easily.

I just bought a NEW redhat 8 software and I cannot find out how to get this 
registered for entitlement.

Can anyone help me here, I have a registration number.

It was purchased fully loaded from Dell.

Now I need an update and really do not think that I should be required to 
purchase an entitlement, since I just bought it.

I appreciate any assistance.
