I have the same card and it worked with my install
I do have the bios set to plug and play, maybe that would be something to
check out.

Subject: [rhn-users] RH9 won'd recognize network adapter
i installed rh9 on a system that has onboard ethernet, and everything
worked out-of-the-box, no problem. my second system has a PCI network
adapter, but the installation does not recognize the card. It's a Realtek
RTL8139 fast ethernet card, which RH's web site says is certified hardware.
Everything else about my installation appears good, but what can I do to
make rh recognize that there's a network adapter in one of the PCI slots?
Network configuration lists no devices at all.
