[rhn-users] rhn subscription foul-up

I just had 5 systems marked as 'Unentitled' from basic subscriptions I have
purchased since April 5, 2003.

Looking closely at my purchase history at RHN, I see that each of 5-6
purchases are marked as Qty=1.

In reality, Qty was 2 or 3, for a total of 19 subscriptions.

I understand that they migrated to an Oracle backend today.

Has anyone else had this experience?
