I am comforted by our common experience. I was afraid I was going to start
faxing Amex receipts to them.
Perhaps they'll do the right thing and offer upgrade or extension for gaff
in 'Quality of Service' to compensate for lost coverage, risk exposure, etc.
A boy can dream, can't he?
