Sorry, I've seen what I thought were similar installation questions
here. I was directed to this list by a support page on redhat.com ( I
purchased 8.0 from RedHat).

Eek... upgrades are sometimes... interesting. This is the wrong mailing
list to ask that question. This mailing list is specifically geared
towards helping folks with RHN (Red Hat Network).
Try redhat-install-list or redhat-list or psyche-list (8.0).
